The name Faust is well recognised in the Whitsunday region – and for good reason! Paul and his family having been part of the community for many years. In fact the building that houses Supa IGA Proserpine bares their name! Paul and his family believe in community spirit and as such have donated many thousands of dollars over the years to local not for profit and charitable organisations. You will also find Paul involved with many of the community events supported by the store.


 Jan Taylor - Customer Service

Jan loves our customers and we think the feeling is mutual, when you meet her you will understand why! Jan has been with Fausts Supa IGA Prospeine for some time and has used her many years of experience and absolute passion for customer service to provide our customers with exceptional service they have come to expect.


Julie-Anne McDowall - Office Manager

Vicki has worked in the industry for many years and has a passion for delicatessen and gourmet foods and has a wealth of information to share with her customers. Vicki can help you with all your gourmet foods and suggestions for platters, hampers, parties, special occasions and everyday meals including planning for camping or sailing trips.

Leanne is our fresh produce manager. Each market day she selects only the freshest and best quality produce for Supa IGA Proserpine customers. Leanne is well aware of what our customers want and expect and that's exactly what she delivers! Garry Tawhai – Meat Department Manager

Garry has the task of making sure our meat is 200% fresh! However with our state of the art cooled meat preparation room and experienced onsite butchers, we don’t think he will ever let you down! Garry is an experienced butcher, who understands what our customers want and expect – because he talks to them everyday!


 Chris Mealy - Dairy Department Manager

Chris is a very valuable member of the team and like all our staff is continually working to "go beyond the call" when dealing with her customers. Chris has expanded the range of dairy and frozen produce available at Fausts Supa IGA Prosperpine and is always keen to receive customer feedback.
